A Fully Managed Solution

Nuabee is a managed backup solution incorporating regular restoration tests in the Cloud for the backup class with tests.

These managed services support the Client at every stage of the project.

During implementation:

This stage includes:

• A design phase and project launch with:
  • The development of data backup strategies
• Transcription of the client’s architecture components (server characteristics, disk size, IP addressing, etc.) is done in the form of data in our console.
• A solution deployment phase with:
  • The creation of Cloud spaces
  • The installation of backup software and its configuration for the servers
  • The installation of backups and their configuration for the servers
  • The creation of project elements in the database
  • The transfer of skills to the Client’s teams

Under normal operation

The monthly subscription to the services covers:

• The provision of backup agent licenses including updates for new versions (minor and major),
• The consumption of storage space in the Cloud
• Monitoring of backups outsourced to the Cloud
• For servers in the backup protection class with tests, the performance of automatic server restart tests and the production of the individual test report
• Support for the use of the Nuabee solution.
• Organization of VM restoration tests

Scalability of the solution

Nuabee is a scalable offer that allows:

• To include new servers in the scope and to define their protection class.
• To change the protection class of a server.
• To remove servers and archive data.
• To upgrade existing servers.
• Adding, modifying, or deleting a disk.
• Changing the OS

DRP on Demand

For servers in the “Backup with Cloud Restart Tests” protection class, the Client may request:

• On quote: a complete IT DRP test.
• As a service on a time-spent basis: assistance for switching to DRP mode to cover a disaster that would render the information system inoperative.
