As part of its activity and for the needs of providing Services, Nuabee is required to collect and process the personal data of its users.
Nuabee places special importance on respecting the privacy of its service users and the confidentiality of their personal data, and thus commits to processing the data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms (hereinafter referred to as the “Information Technology and Freedom Law”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
This document will explain what personal data is collected and how it may be used. You will also find our contact details if you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal data.
Definitions
Personal Data: constitutes personal data any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is to say, who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to them.
Personal Data Processing: constitutes personal data processing any operation or set of operations involving such data, regardless of the process used, and in particular collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of provision, matching or interconnection, as well as locking, erasure, or destruction.
Cookie: a cookie is information placed on the hard drive of an Internet user by the server of the site they visit. It contains several pieces of data: the name of the server that deposited it, an identifier in the form of a unique number, possibly an expiration date. These pieces of information are sometimes stored on the computer in a simple text file that a server accesses to read and save information.
User: a user is a Nuabee client who contractually benefits from Nuabee’s services and solutions.
Prospect: a prospect is a person showing interest in the services and solutions offered by Nuabee by visiting one of Nuabee’s sites or through physical encounters.
Who is responsible for data processing?
The data controller for the data referred to herein is the company Nuabee, whose contact details are as follows: NUABEE, 65 rue Hénon, 69004 LYON.

What data is collected?
The main data collected
Nuabee collects data:
- from Users in order to provide them with the services for which they have subscribed to a Nuabee solution.
- from Prospects through contact forms or other means (exhibitions, training, …)
- automatically due to the User’s actions on one of Nuabee’s sites.
Purposes of the collection
The personal data collected by Nuabee in the provision of services are necessary for the execution of contracts concluded with the User, or to allow Nuabee to pursue its legitimate interests while respecting the User’s rights. Some data may also be processed based on the User’s consent.
The purposes for which Nuabee processes data are as follows:
- commercial and accounting management of the contract;
- marketing management;
- detection of malicious behavior (fraud, phishing, spam, etc.); more generally,
- any purpose referred to in Article 2 of Deliberation No. 2012-209 of June 21, 2012, creating a simplified standard concerning automated processing of personal data relating to the management of users and prospects.
The data collected via the contact form is considered prospecting data, collected on the basis of the execution of pre-contractual measures.
Regarding the email for sending newsletters, you consent to its collection and processing under the conditions defined in this privacy policy.
What technical data is collected during your visit to our website?
During your visit to our site nuabee.fr, technical data is collected for a limited period of time, such as your IP address, date, time, time zone, as well as information about the website from which you arrived on this site, your browser, and the version of your computer’s operating system.
What personal data is collected when you subscribe to our newsletter?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.
Cookies
Nuabee’s site uses cookies for the purpose of facilitating navigation on the site and improving our website, executing the service provided by Matomo, measuring the site’s audience.
The cookies we use are “analytical” and are used by the internal Matomo service. They allow us to differentiate and know the number of site users, while observing the navigation and use of visitors to our website.
You can object to tracking your navigation on this website. This will protect your privacy but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

Recipient of the collected data?
Disclosure of your information
The personal data collected by Nuabee are intended only for Nuabee and are never transferred to a third party.
Nuabee does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Nuabee does not engage in profiling operations.
Are the collected personal data transferred to countries outside the European Union?
Prospect and customer emails are used in our CRM solution hosted in France and in compliance with the GDPR.
Our mass-mailing solution is a French legal entity and in compliance with the GDPR.
Duration of retention of collected personal data?
“Prospect” data will be kept for two years from the last contact with you.
“Client” data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, and for an additional period of 3 years from the expiration of the contract for commercial prospecting purposes.
In the context of subscribing to the newsletter, the collected personal data will be kept for the duration of the subscription to the newsletter. In case of unsubscribing, these data will be deleted without delay.
Security measures
Nuabee has taken all necessary precautions to preserve the security of personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted or damaged or unauthorized third parties from accessing it.
These measures include, in particular:
- Encrypted data transmission using SSL/https/VPN technology,
- Tier 3+ data centers and ISO 27001 & PCI DSS certified
- Encryption of laptops
- Secure password wallet
- Regular pentests
Your rights
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2, section b), you can request the rectification, erasure, or limitation of the processing relating to your personal data by contacting us at privacy@nuabee.fr. We are legally obligated to respond within 10 days.
However, this does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2, section c): “the existence of the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal”
